Bushman Family

So I have finally switched our blog to blogspot.  Sorry, you will all have to change the link on your blogs now, too bad.  Anyway, the new address is www.brianandleia.blogspot.com

Ok, we don't live in either one of our home towns, but we do like where we live in So MO.  Today our town had a Community Fest at the Community Center.  They served free hotdogs and hamburgers, with chips, cookies, and bottled water.  Then they had bounce houses, a rock climbing wall, little scooters to ride, a dunk tank, and more.  All free!  There was music and Brylee enjoyed dancing to that.  Brian was out of town so we were lucky to get G-ma Bushman and Great G-ma Waite to come with us.  We all had a great time enjoying the end of summer.  I'll be looking forward to going again next year!

I can't find the picture of Dallin on the rock climbing wall.  He really loves the rock walls- that ought to make his Dad happy!

I'm sure you all remember how much fun it was to build forts out of all the blankets and chairs and couches in your house.  I thought my kids would love this as much as I did, apparently not.  They crawled inside and smiled for the pictures, but they were more interested in tearing the fort down than they were with playing in it.  Maybe someday they will have a little more pride in a fort if they build it themselves. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Brylee is such a dainty a little girl.  She is so primm and proper, such a model of the behavior that typically goes on in our home (maybe that's a slight exaggeration).  Here's the evidence we've gathered, it's not really helping my case.

She has decided that she should pick out her own outfits.  What a fashion diva, huh!?

 

 

 

 

 

On the days she doesn't pick her clothes she just picks to wear no clothes.  I really wish she didn't know how to take her own clothes off.  (She can also take her diaper off, yikes!)

 

Dallin LOVES sour cream.  We made chimichangas a few weeks ago, and he helped himself to the sour cream.  When we realized what he had done this is what his plate looked like. 

 

I can't say I blame the kid, I love the stuff too.  Maybe not that much though...
